Congratulations Uncle Rich!

Uncle Rich finished college last semester! Last night we went out for a great dinner to celebrate. Sylvie knew just the thing to bring to congratulate Uncle Rich (or as Sylvie says, Uncle "Er")...balloons! Between the balloons, the special dinner and the ice cream dessert, Sylvie was slightly confused and kept wanting to know why we weren't singing Happy Birthday to Uncle Rich...
