Football & Dinner from the Garden

Sunday we had friends over for, in my humble opinion, the best Super Bowl ever. Good friends, good food, a great game, and an inspiring victory for New Orleans.

Sylvie's friend Mattie couldn't make it because she was in Arizona meeting her brand new cousin, Samantha. We were glad her daddy could come and Sylvie had fun sending Mattie picture messages on his phone.
That's about all I have for Super Bowl pictures. I was very busy eating dip having fun.

Last night, we had Wes and his mommy and daddy over for a dinner straight from our garden! Stuffed napa cabbage, roasted broccoli and salad, all grown with love. Good thing we have friends that don't mind a few bug bites in their food! It was finished off with Denise's scrumptious homemade key lime pie. Thomas had 2 giant pieces. I guess I better make that husband of mine some key lime pie once in awhile!
