Dinosaur Bones
A few months ago, Thomas's class took a field trip to the Natural History Museum and Thomas told Sylvie all about the dinosaur skeletons, digging for bones and dinosaur puppets he saw. Sylvie is a major dino enthusiast so she thought the museum sounded awesome and had been asking to go for awhile. Unfortunately it didn't happen prior to Nora's arrival, but fortunately, Sylvie's wonderful grandparents took her on a special big kid trip. (And Papa took lots of pictures for me.) Sylvie LOVED this place and now that both Thomas and Sylvie have been, I am the one itching for a trip to the dinosaur museum once Nora gets a little bigger.
There are plenty of other animals to see, like this polar bear.
Digging for dino bones with Grandma...

There's also a very cool insect zoo, where Sylvie got to check out a big Walking Stick up close.
Sylvie's favorite part was watching the show with this giant T.Rex puppet.
And checking out the Triceratops bones.
