Capistrano Beach

We recently spent a weekend down in Capistrano Beach with Thomas' parents, Nils, Kim and Amanda. Sylvie looooved getting in 2 days with her cousin Amanda.

Our condo had an awesome, huge spa bath. So huge that a daddy was needed to actually get in the tub!

Fortunately we got in a lovely beach day on Saturday. Sunday was gloomy and chilly, perfect weather for heading home.

Mexico '09

Happy New Year everybody! We're home from a fantastic week in Mexico. For the past 3 years, we have stayed in a condo down in San Jose del Cabo with Sylvie's Papa, Grandma and Uncle Rich, but this year we switched things up and took a cruise through Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. It was great getting to see a few more cities and having a week off from cooking and cleaning, but best of all was Sylvie getting to spend so much time with her family. She loves it! She also loved going to the dining room every night for dinner with our fantastic waiter Wendel, and then over to the Champagne Bar to hear Nancy play the shakers and sing. We're Back!

We're back from a glorious week in Cabo with Sylvie's Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Rich. The weather was gorgeous. Sylvie loved playing in the sand, drinking from water bottles,and basking in the adoring attention of 5 of her very favorite grown-ups for 7 days straight.
