Norway: Part Four

Last night we had a traditional Norwegian shrimp feast with Thomas' cousins. The weather was nice so we ate outside and played croquet. Thomas' grandmother is 94 but doesn't let that stop her from a game of croquet. She is such an inspiration. Thomas' cousins are a really nice group and it is always so good to see them.
The other day, Sylvie had a real Norwegian play date. Thomas' mom's friends invited us over for coffee and cakes and their grandkids were there too, two year-old twins Leander (boy) and Linea (girl). Sylvie had a fantastic time. Legos are aparently the unversal language. Baby Sigurd (boy) was there as well, but he is only 2 months old so not yet ready for legos.
Our time in Norway is coming to a close. We leave for the airport early Wednesday morning. We are excited to see our family and friends but so sad to leave Thomas' grandmother. She and Sylvie have really fallen in love with each other.
