Norway: Part Three

Thomas and I had a fantastic Norwegian date night! Sylvie stayed with her Bestemor (grandmother) and Oldemor (great-grandmother) and Thomas and I enjoyed dinner at an outdoor restaraunt and then stopped for soft-is (Norwegian ice cream) on our way home. Sylvie had a wonderful time with Bestemor and Oldemor. It is so sweet to see her developing a relationship with her Oldemor. Sylvie seems already to understand a little Norwegian, because when Oldemor asks her to bring her something Sylvie will do it. She is therefore much better at Norwegian than her mama. Sylvie, Thomas and I had a picnic at a lake today with Bestemor and Oldemor. Sylvie ate lots of wild blueberries and rasberries as always.
