Los Alamitos Harvest Festival

Sylvie and I attended the Children's Fall Harvest Festival at the Los Alamitos Historic Ranch and Gardens today with some of our friends (poor Daddy was stuck at home working on report cards). This fall festival is so much fun! All of the activities and crafts are freeee! So Sylvie was able to just run from one activity to the next having a fabulous time. Here is Sylvie on the hula hoop court with her friend Dylan. Her friends Zoe, Darci and Koa also attended. Koa's nana is even a volunteer at the Gardens. Sylvie's favorite activities were fishing with magnets and making bubbles. She ran back and forth between those two activities for quite a long time. She really practiced at making the bubbles and by the end of the day, she had it down!

Sylvie also went to the crafts area where she made a butterfly puppet that she couldn't wait to take home to Dada.
One of Sylvie's favorite things at any festival is a grilled corn on the cob, so we definitely had to stop by the corn on the cob booth.

It was a fantastic day and we will definitely be back for the winter festival!
