Gifts for Birds (and Nature Lovers)

Last year, Sylvie and I started a tradition of making a winter gift for the birds that visit our garden. This year we made bird seed ornaments, using unflavored gelatin to hold the bird seed together (recipe here).

We also popped some popcorn to make them a popcorn garland.

Sylvie's teacher is a nature lover and we think she will appreciate a gift of popcorn garland and bird seed ornaments for her bird friends, so we boxed some up for her.
