The Reptile Zoo

Sylvie's school went on a field trip this week to the Prehistoric Pets Reptile Zoo. Sylvie's favorite animal has been a snake for about 2 years now, so this was a field trip she was really looking forward to. Since Nora loves all things Sylvie, Nora is also a snake fan.


The Reptile Zoo is pretty amazing and there was a presentation with about 10 different animals for the kids to feel or hold.

This is a bullfrog named Prince Charming.

I can't remember what this guy was, but he was pretty cute.

Here's Sylvie next to her friend Ivy. The other day Sylvie told me Ivy is spelled I-V-Y because "'I' can say its own name." Lately she is telling me lots of amazing facts that make me realize we will have a kindergartner in less than a year.
