Zoo with Grandma & Papa

Last time we went to the San Diego Zoo we decided to go for the membership, which came with 2 free passes. Sylvie's Grandma and Papa (or as she calls them, "MaPapa") have been talking for quite a while about wanting a trip to the Zoo with Sylvie, so we knew immediately who we would bestow our Zoo passes on. Yesterday was our trip to the Zoo with MaPapa. This time, like last time, we got there around 2pm and stayed until it closes at 9pm. The evening at the Zoo is so nice. The animals are cooled down and more active, and the weather is really pleasant. The okapis are usually really shy so we were amazed that they came so close!
THIS close!
Sylvie got a great view of the tigers too.
In the bear cave with MaPapa...
We were so glad that Jules and Logan met up with us for dinner! We ate in the Elephant Odyssey and could watch the elephants while we ate.
Playing after dinner...
Thomas and Logan...
How cuuuute is this baby giraffe??? Those long legs are so tough, gotta get some stability! The giraffes were unbelievably adorable last night, this little guy's daddy even came over to give him some kisses on the back while he drank.
We are big fans of the SD Zoo!

I love the mutual milk-sipping picture of Sylvie and Logan. So funny.
